Listening—a skill too often underestimated—is one of my greatest strengths. By attentively understanding the needs of our clients and team, I am able to approach challenges with a positive outlook, always searching for effective solutions and striving to be more than just a service provider, but a true partner.
3. Where can we find you when you’re not in the field or office?
Outside of work, I cherish the time spent with my kids, particularly being involved in their extracurricular activities. I also enjoy being outdoors and camping or playing ice hockey (Go Knights!).
